Camp Rules

For the great enjoyment of the camping programme, as well as for the safety of the campers in the Stone Camp, it is important to adhere to the following camp rules! Furthermore, adherence to these rules signifies commitment to the group life!

  1. The camping does not accept any forms of primitive, xenophobic, racist, or discriminatory behaviour against any participant within the camp community. In situations that may lead to a camper’s dismissal for a serious violation of the camping philosophy, the underlying sentiments behind the dismissal will be strictly examined.
  2. Those campers who feel they are being bullied should immediately communicate with the Camp Counselor.
  3. The camp’s premises and hours of operation are from Sunday to Friday, 10:00 to 20:00. The public holidays do not contain an operational period.
  4. Parents should ensure that their children arrive at the entrance. The entrance of the camping community is closed during the camping hours.
  5. The weekly schedule, working hours, and dining hours will be anytime, 15:00-17:00.
  6. The telephone communication with the campers takes place once per day, from 20:00-21:00.
  7. For the medical or emergency care of a camper, it’s crucial to inform immediately using the provided medical form that supplements and informs the leader of the camper.
  8. In cases where the camping needs to check on medical aspects about its campers, parent consent is required.
  9. Parents should not send any medication or sweets to the campers without prior arrangement with the camp leadership.
  10. Parents are advised to not bring any items that may pose a risk or threat to their child.
  11. The camping does not provide any form of protection from outside infectious diseases. Parents should understand the potential dangers.
  12. The camping fully expects that any camper once there should comply with hygiene protocols.
  13. The rules of conduct provide guidelines and necessary information, while the campers should adhere to the assigned camping group.
  14. The camping will not tolerate behaviours harmful to other campers.
  15. The camping allows relaxation time for spiritual needs.
  16. The camping does not guarantee the absence of other individuals on the premises.
  17. The camping will refer any incidents to the corresponding authorities if it becomes necessary.
  18. Each camper should know their responsibilities within the group.
  19. During the camping, specific behaviours will be vetted. If necessary, additional reports will be conducted within the noble routine of the camping.
  20. The entrance to the camp is intended only for registered campers and their immediate families.
  21. Campers should not engage with visitors, except as defined by the established entry protocols made previously.
  22. The camping authority may consider any necessary measures to ensure the safety of campers.
  23. If there are any concerns, parents should refer to the established camping guidance documents for support.
